San Francisco, CA – October 5, 2010 – Freeborders, Inc., a global provider of consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions to financial services and Internet based businesses, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MindWorks, Inc., a premiere consultancy providing SAP® solutions to global companies. The acquisition adds SAP consulting, training, software, support, and SAP application management to Freeborders’ comprehensive IT services portfolio.
