Jean Cholka
CEO
Ms Cholka has over twenty-five years of experience in leadership positions with fortune 50 companies. Prior to joining Freeborders, Ms. Cholka was a member of the executive team at Kanbay International, a highly successful global IT services consultancy based in Chicago with large delivery centers in India. During her seven plus year career at Kanbay, she held various executive positions including President-North America, Chief People Officer, and Executive Vice President-Global Client Relations. Key business accomplishments at Kanbay included helping the company through an IPO process resulting in being one of the top 10 IPO’s for the year as well as being selected as one of the top 100 IT companies to work for. Prior to joining Kanbay, Ms.Cholka held various leadership positions within companies such as Ameritech (now AT&T) and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Ms. Cholka is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch College in Milwaukee, WI.
Paul Machle
CFO
Prior to joining Freeborders, Machle served as Vice President of Finance for global business process solutions company Exigen Group. Mr. Machle oversaw global finance and accounting activities for the company and developed a plan to create a shared service center for accounting and finance functions based in Eastern Europe. Machle has also held senior financial positions with Kanisa Inc. and Sybase. Machle holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and is a CPA in the State of California.
Jim Reesing
Executive Vice President, Global Accounts and Operations
Mr. Reesing has more than 13 years of IT services leadership experience, providing services to the Fortune 1000. Prior to joining Freeborders, Reesing served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Kanbay International, a global company specializing in IT outsourcing solutions for the financial services industry. At Kanbay, Reesing was part of the leadership team that positioned the company as a top tier player in the emerging global IT outsourcing industry. Previously, Reesing held a variety of executive positions at companies including IBM and Wang Global. Mr. Reesing has a degree from UCLA.
Graham Bolton
Executive Vice President, Practices, and Process
Prior to joining Freeborders, Mr. Bolton served as Partner of ITK Solutions, a Wall Street consulting business acquired by Freeborders in January 2006. Mr. Bolton has over 25 years experience in Financial Services, 15 of which in Capital Markets as a senior member of the global technology management team at Lehman Brothers, based in both London and New York. Previously, Mr. Bolton held a number of senior positions around the world for Barclays. Acknowledged as a subject matter expert in a variety of Capital Market products and services, Mr. Bolton has served as advisor to a number of Tier 1 Capital Market firms in the areas of M&A, Technology & Operational Strategy, and Technology Delivery.
Educated in the UK, Mr. Bolton holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London.
Bo Huang
Executive Vice President, Global Delivery
Mr. Huang has over 18 years of IT management experiences including executive positions with Fortune 200 Company. Prior joining Freeborders, He had worked at Wipro Consulting Services as a Senior Engagement Manager. Before Wipro, Mr. Huang had held various management positions with Capital One, where he had managed the relationships with its Global Delivery Center in Shanghai, China, and had led successful implementation of global delivery model. Mr. Huang has an MBA in Management Information Technology in US, and Bachelor in Industrial Management from China.
Grant Hou
Senior Vice President, Operations - Asia
Mr. Hou has more than 20 years of leadership experiences spanning both United States and China. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager of e-Business International Inc., a global sourcing and supply chain management business headquartered in Beaverton Oregon with three operation centers in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Ningbo of China. In that role he was instrumental in the firm’s >300% revenue growth in 4 years and the substantial improvement of the operation effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Prior to e-Business, he was a Senior Associate of Runckel & Associates, a Portland based international business consultancy. Mr. Hou holds a MS degree in geology and material science from Cornell University, a BS from China University of Geo-Sciences, and a business management certificate from Baruch College, City University of New York.
Gagan Singh
Vice President, Human Resources
In a career spanning 16-years Singh has held senior level Human Resource Management positions in Kforce Inc, Syntel Inc, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, McDonalds Corporation and Schlumberger. He has contributed to various strategic and tactical HR initiatives in a variety of companies across several vertical industries and geographic locations in North America and the Asia Pacific region. He has created and implemented well-defined processes and provided thought leadership to effectively achieve long-term and short-term management goals with significant contributions in the areas of Organizational Development, Staffing and Recruiting, HR Management, and Training & Development. Mr. Singh is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from India.
