EVP China Operations

Mr. Huang has over 18 years of IT management experiences including executive positions with Fortune 200 companies. Prior joining Freeborders, he had worked at Wipro Consulting Services as a Senior Engagement Manager.

Before Wipro, Mr. Huang had held various management positions with Capital One, where he managed relationships with the Global Delivery Center in Shanghai, China and led the successful implementation of the global delivery model.

Mr. Huang has an MBA in Management Information Technology from the USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management from China
