In a career spanning 16-years Singh has held senior level Human Resource Management positions in Kforce Inc, Syntel Inc, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, McDonalds Corporation and Schlumberger.

He has contributed to various strategic and tactical HR initiatives in a variety of companies across several vertical industries and geographic locations in North America and the Asia Pacific region. He has created and implemented well-defined processes and provided thought leadership to effectively achieve long-term and short-term management goals with significant contributions in the areas of Organizational Development, Staffing and Recruiting, HR Management, and Training & Development.

Mr. Singh is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from India.
